All funds deposited into your 77jill Wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. 77jill strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Deposits made using payment methods not in the Player's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
The 77jill platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, subject to any applicable conversion fees.
Withdrawals from your 77jill Wallet are available once your account KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized. Any wagering requirements attached to active bonus balances must be fully satisfied before the corresponding funds become available for withdrawal.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the respective bonus terms.
77jill reserves the right to verify eligibility for any bonus at its discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements are subject to expiry as specified in the individual promotion terms. 77jill is not obligated to remind Players of approaching bonus expiry dates, although notifications may be sent at the platform's discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a wagering session, 77jill reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding wager amounts to the Player's Wallet. 77jill's determination in such matters is final.
A wager is only considered accepted and binding once confirmation has been received from the 77jill system. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to network interruption, session timeout, or system error prior to confirmation shall be treated as void and any amounts deducted from the Wallet will be returned.
Sports betting odds are subject to change until a wager is accepted. Pre-match odds are calculated based on available information at the time of publication. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. Accepted wagers are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed, unless subsequently amended for declared errors as provided in Section 8.5 below.
77jill reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous or resulted from a technical pricing error (e.g., a team given 500/1 odds when all relevant factors would indicate near-certainty). Determination of an "obvious error" rests with 77jill and will be communicated to affected Players in a timely manner.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jill platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
77jill reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time if: (a) the Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 77jill is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or PAGCOR instruction; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; or (d) the Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the gaming environment.
Where an account is suspended due to the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, 77jill reserves the right to retain any account balance pending investigation. Where a suspension is resolved in the Player's favour, the balance will be released in full within five (5) business days. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by PAGCOR regulations.
